Digital Products & Services
Due to the nature of digital services (such as profile creation, customization, or downloadable content), refunds are generally not applicable once the service has been delivered or activated.
Physical Products (if applicable)
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photo/video proof
- Replacement or refund will be processed after verification
Returns are accepted only for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items delivered
Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect information provided by customer
- Minor color/design variations
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before processing/shipping. Once shipped or activated, cancellation may not be possible.
